How does Walk For Lunch work?

Walk For Lunch has created suggested 1, 2 or 3 mile courses that all lead to a centrally located lunch pick-up station. All walkers will be encouraged to start walking from their location anytime during the hours of 11:30 AM - 1:15 PM. At the lunch pick-up station, walkers can participate in our daily activities and win prizes from our sponsors, relax and eat their lunches and then walk back to their home or business feeling energized and renewed.
