Touch -a Truck Event is now April 21 Maybe , depending on the weather

Update from decaturpatch.com:

Dekalb County is postponing this weekend's Earth Day activities because of the possibility of bad weather.

Patch checked with the City of Decatur to see what they're planning to do.

Cheryl Burnette of the Active Living Department said Thursday morning that nothing has been postponed. In an email, she said,

I am still hoping for good weather. Earth Day and Touch A Truck are still on at this time. We will cancel Touch a Truck sometime Friday morning if it looks bad for Saturday, and Earth Day will go on unless there is lightning and thunder. Maybe we can dance in the rain and celebrate the rain that gives our earth plants and life.
