Guys! I asked about the deadline for the contest and just got a response from the city: " Send in your photo and description by Wednesday, Oct. 28 at midnight. That’ll give the judges time to pick the winner. The judges will be using the photos and description to determine the winner this year.
Please feel free to submit pictures of neighbors’ homes that you think should be recognized."
